Rooms are reserved temporarily for 30 minutes upon creation. A reservation is only confirmed once standard payment proof (transaction ID or UTR number/screenshot) is uploaded and manually verified by our administration team.
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Voter ID) at check-in. PAN Card is not accepted as address proof.
We expect all guests to maintain quiet hours and behave respectfully. Damaged hotel property will be charged directly to the guest.
